If you want to know if you are fertile (able to produce a baby), you would need to see a doctor to confirm. They can run tests, on male and female patients, to see if you are fertile. For people with vaginas, having a regular menstrual cycle (bleeding about once a month) while not on birth control is a good indication that you may be fertile.
