How do I get my STI test results back?

You will be contacted with your test results based on how you filled out the form! In the online order form and the contact form that comes with your test kit, you select if you prefer to be contacted by phone call, text, and/or email. If your results are negative for the STIs we test, you will be contacted by whichever option you chose. If you test positive, your results will be uploaded to your patient portal in MyChart, and you will be contacted via phone call by our licensed OB/GYN doctor to discuss your diagnosis and treatment options! If you are expecting results, make sure you are available to answer your phone!!
