All forms you submit are completely confidential and will only be seen by our trained Violet staff as needed! When you place an order, you will fill out your personal information, including name, age, address, and other information. This is important for our records, to be able to get you your products, and for your medical records if you test positive. None of your personal or identifying information is ever shared.

When you order, your order will be delivered in a white package with no identification beyond your address and whatever name you decide to use on the packaging.
